Ryan Lowe is the owner of Bio-One, located in Delaware. Ryan grew up in Newark and attended the University of Delaware, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree, as well as his MBA. After working in various Project Management roles for more than a decade, Ryan decided that he wanted a role that focused on his community and helping others. Ryan served as a Professor at the University of Delaware for more than a decade, where he taught his students how to help others as well. Ryan came to Bio-One because it was clear that Help First, Business Second is more than just a motto. Rather, it's a way of living that allows Ryan to focus on helping people in their time of need. Ryan and his wife, Kristi, have two daughters and are active members in their church and local community.

Ryan, Kristi and "St. Nick" the man (LOL!) were just the Christmas miracle I needed! The past few years have been nothing but physical and mental turmoil in our lives due to family deaths, physical disabilities and personal health challenges. Ordinary household chores have become difficult and our tiny 2 bedroom apartment was slowly starting to turn into a hoarding situation. It was so overwhelming and I needed help quickly to declutter and restore order to our home while my husband was out having open-heart surgery. I wanted him to return home to a clean, non-chaotic environment, but did not have the physical strength or mental energy to do it on my own. One quick phone call to Bio-One saved the day! The very next day Ryan and Kristi viewed our apartment, gave me a reasonable quote, and within the same week accomplished in 3 days what would have taken me months to clear out and clean. They were friendly, empathetic, and non-judgemental and worked until I was satisfied with the outcome. God used them to perform a miracle for me that I didn't think was possible. My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends! Thank you so much!

Had an amazing experience with Ryan, Bio-one. He literally came to the rescue to my son’s off campus house in Newark to clean a sewage backup in their basement. He came after doing another job in southern Delaware when he probably should have been home having dinner with his family. He not only had the physical health of my son and roommates in mind, but the mental health of worried parents many miles away. Ty Ryan!

God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️
