Ryan, Kristi and Dan, I cannot that you enough. You made an awful situation just a little more bearable. Not only did you do a phenomenal job but you also were there for me and made me feel like family. You truly are a remarkable team!!! Lisa & Jon

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ryan and Dan were so kind, caring, compassionate and informative. They made the hardest moment of our lives so much easier. They truly went ABOVE and beyond. Due to the fact the apartment we wanted cleaned was rented, not owned, there were extra complications. Ryan (who literally just got off a plane) made contact with all necessary parties to help ease the work on my end. They walked me through every single step and were so delicate. I cannot put into words the amount of appreciation I have for them. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

Thank you and your crew so much for helping me out with the clean out of my grandfather's house. Ryan, your crew is amazing. I still can't believe that 12 dumpsters of stuff came out of that house.Thank you for your empathy and understanding throughout the entire project.

God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️

Bio-One Delaware is an amazing company! From the moment we called and explained the house clean up that we were facing, Ryan put us at ease. We knew we made the right call. The consultation was done within a day, was more than thorough, and we had an estimate soon thereafter. We were always in touch with updates to schedules and expectations, daily plans, and updates to those plans. The staff including Dan, Oscar, Toby, and Ashley were super efficient, professional, and just about the nicest people you could ever meet. They always made sure we were doing ok, asked questions if they needed, and more than anything else were more than friendly throughout the 3 days making the environment awesome. The house looks amazing. We couldn't be more grateful for the work that you did and how you put our family at ease throughout the entire process. Making the call to your company and working with you was the best decision we could have made!
