From the initial assessment, the owner, Ryan, was very professional, personable, and informative about the procedures and protocols of how and what needed to be done. He was able to schedule me for a next day service. The next day, Tristan and Oscar came to my home and went to work. They were on time, efficient, effective, and answered all of my questions, leaving me with peace of mind and feeling at ease! Bio-One Delaware is an amazing company! From the moment we called and explained the house clean up that we were facing, Ryan put us at ease. We knew we made the right call. The consultation was done within a day, was more than thorough, and we had an estimate soon thereafter. We were always in touch with updates to schedules and expectations, daily plans, and updates to those plans. The staff including Dan, Oscar, Toby, and Ashley were super efficient, professional, and just about the nicest people you could ever meet. They always made sure we were doing ok, asked questions if they needed, and more than anything else were more than friendly throughout the 3 days making the environment awesome. The house looks amazing. We couldn't be more grateful for the work that you did and how you put our family at ease throughout the entire process. Making the call to your company and working with you was the best decision we could have made!

I can't express how awesome of an experience it was to have witnessed what this company is capable of doing. In two days they turned a nightmare into a new positive outlook for me. Danny, Chase, Oscar and Toby were very professional and made it easy on me. The owner Ryan is a very compassionate helpful man who also made this experience very easy. Where to start..Bio-One Delaware came to our rescue almost immediately , on a Friday despite a heavy schedule.First, Ryan was so helpful on all aspects what to expect of the job.He sent his lead Dan who brought with him Oscar, Freedom and later Christian and they did a magnificent job of cleaning up a very nasty sewage problem. They were fast, efficient, considerate,and so polite. I could go on forever. If something happens this is the team to call!!!!! We are forever grateful to all of them!

Ryan and his crew took care of a job for us that would make Mike Rowe proud. Thank goodness for people like this that do dirty work and enjoy it.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Bio One! Ryan, Christy, Dan, Toby, Tristan, Freedom are just wonderful! I lost my husband, was in the midst of downsizing and preparing for a move when I suffered a significant physical set back after two open heart surgeries! There was no way I could ever have accomplished everything my team was able to accomplish in just one day!!
