God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️

Had an amazing experience with Ryan, Bio-one. He literally came to the rescue to my son’s off campus house in Newark to clean a sewage backup in their basement. He came after doing another job in southern Delaware when he probably should have been home having dinner with his family. He not only had the physical health of my son and roommates in mind, but the mental health of worried parents many miles away. Ty Ryan!

What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them

We bought a second home in delaware and when we returned for the summer recently we found a field mouse infestation. We called bio one and Ryan came out to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and talked us off the ledge by providing clear description of their services and giving us the confidence that we could feel comfortable in our home again.
