I can't express how awesome of an experience it was to have witnessed what this company is capable of doing. In two days they turned a nightmare into a new positive outlook for me. Danny, Chase, Oscar and Toby were very professional and made it easy on me. The owner Ryan is a very compassionate helpful man who also made this experience very easy. I can not recommend these guys enough.

Bio One is an outstanding company! After a traumatic event, when we were faced with many unpleasant tasks, Bio One came through! Recommended by Victim Services, we turned to them for help during our most difficult days, and they guided us through the daunting task of cleaning and sanitizing our loved one’s home. Professional, yet personable, Ryan walked us through the process and explained every step of the way, even telling my children if the conversation became uncomfortable, to let him know or feel free to walk away. Dan and Oscar did an outstanding job despite unpleasant circumstances. Thank you both for handling this difficult task! Dan even texted me to make arrangements to drop the house key off to me at my home, and took a picture to confirm. If you are using Bio Ones services, it is likely after a traumatic event. Having a professional guide you during a time when you may not be thinking clearly is priceless. Ryan kept in touch and communicated clearly the process and next steps. House went from uninhabitable back to desirable in just 4 days! The crew worked very hard, despite a couple of illnesses among co-workers. They went above and beyond, even jumping in the dumpster when I thought I threw something out that I shouldn't have. Such dedication and always had smiles on their faces.

My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends!
